Pascal

Well I suppose the next best post would have to be about my new girl!  Her name is Pascal and she is just adorable.  Take a look.
So this is her!  She is a beauty but also a monster!  She has still not learned to keep her claws in.  So whenever she is around you it is non stop scratching.  Rebecca's arm is actually pretty scratched up from one encounter.  But she is just a little scared-y-cat.  So luckily she isn't jumping on any of the furniture yet.  She is a real cat though cause she loves two things, sleep and food.  It is pretty much all she does all day.  Unfortunately Rebecca had a soft spot and fed her some wet food a couple of days ago.  Now if she doesn't get some of that in the morning then she just complains and complains.  She is actually kinda funny to hear.  She hasn't quite mastered the meow yet.  She has this little tiny sound that comes out which is pretty cute.  She is actually kinda funny cause she has different pitches for depending on what she wants or how she feels.  She has a pretty strong purr for her size too.  She also has this thing where she fake meows it is pretty funny.  She opens her mouth to meow and makes a tiny sound but it's not a meow.

As you can see she is a calico.  We really like the colors on her.  She is kinda like Buttons in the sense that she always likes to be near you and in the same room as you.  She might go out to another room for a bit but it won't be but a couple of minutes be for she is back.  I think that we might have kind of spoiled her when she got here.  She took leaving her mom and her family pretty hard.  You should've seen her it was a sad sight.  She always had on such a sad face and didn't want to explore or do anything at all.  Just wanted to be right up by you and sleep.  She is doing a lot better now though.  So we were pretty easy on her the first few days.  Well that is her.  She has made my apartment search just a little bit harder cause there are a lot of places that won't take cats.  Especially the places that are on the cheaper end!  But we'll find a place soon.

OH YEAH.  You can also check out my new blog Reflections on Learning.  I haven't posted up anything yet.  It will be a blog on some of my random thoughts I have about the classes I have or the university system etc.  Anyone will be able to view it but I'll be the only one with writing capabilities except for comments of course.  Be sure to check it out in the next week though.
